Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on every order to United Kingdom, and United States


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days at our warehouse.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Note: tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update.


Address Changes

If you notice an error in your provided address, please contact us immediately at
contact@ice2mud.com with the subject line: “URGENT.”

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
  • If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes.

We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their shipping details immediately after placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, ICE2MUD is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that occur during transit.

However, we are committed to assisting you by:

  • Providing your tracking number to monitor your shipment
  • Supporting you in filing claims with the carrier for lost, damaged, or delayed packages

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Check nearby: Verify with neighbors, family, or building staff
  • Contact the carrier for more specific delivery details

While ICE2MUD cannot be held liable for items marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, we are here to support you:

  • We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
  • We offer a discounted reorder option as a courtesy
